The President of the republic of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, made his first state visit to Angola on 8 AND 9 August 2019.
The visit allowed the signature of several instruments of cooperation, covering areas such as education and visa removal in service and diplomatic passports.
While staying in Angola, the head of state of Ghana spoke at the headquarters of the National Assembly and invited president joão lourenço to visit his country.
The invitation has been accepted and the dates of the visit will be communicated soon.
