Educational partners got together and decided that there should be innovative financing, that is to say an internal effort to support free basic education. For example, the National Education Promotion Fund will have to be reformed to include innovative financing, ”said Emery Okundji, reporting on discussions with Prime Minister Sama Lukonde.
RASSOP, said the head of the delegation, supports the vision of the President of the Republic that the Head of Government intends to materialize through his program of action.
“There must be reforms in all sectors of national life. We talked about the CENI. It is not normal that the CENI, considered as a referee in a match, can also score from a penalty. We need to have a real referee CENI, where we will not find competitors. The CENI must be made up of religious denominations and civil society actors. We also talked about the Elections Act. It needs to be reviewed. We are a post-conflict country. We should have a voting system that promotes the representativeness of the social strata of the DRC, “said Emery Okundji.

Launched on Monday February 22, these consultations are on their fifth day this Friday.
