The eighth Ethio-Russia science, technical, mining resource and trade cooperation joint forum is taking place in Addis Ababa.
The Ethiopian-Russian Constitutional Commission’s cooperation platform has been opened by the Ethiopian Innovation and Technology Minister Belete Mola (PhD) in a speech.
According to Dr. Belete, the seventh joint forum between Ethiopia and Russia that was held in St. Petersburg, Russia, Russia, discussed on the cultural, scientific, technical and trade issues that need further decision.
Dr. Belete Aklewm stated that the actions taken after the seventh joint forum, the objectives of the joint commission and the future agreements that are expected to be an effective consultation to work together.
It was stated that the discussion forum will be a discussion that will bring results on bilateral economic issues such as trade, resource, scientific and technical co-operation that can increase the mutual benefit of the two countries.
Russian Mineral Resources Agency chief Dr. Evgeny Petrov mentioned the long-lasting relationship between the people of Ethiopia and Russia.
Honourable Evigini, who pointed out that Ethiopia and Russia have had a lot of governmental relations besides historical relations, has been agreed to lead the relationship between the two countries legally. The countries should work together on mining, communication technology, science and technology, aviation, education, power management, health, trade, investment and other issues.
The eighth joint cooperation platform that started today is expected to achieve the goal of improving the country’s bilateral relations, economic cooperation and benefit.
