The Kipupu operation continues to expose the actors of the conflict, who have been hidden for a long time. Indeed, after the surprising reaction of honorable provincial deputies of South Kivu, who have long remained in their reserve on the crimes against the Banyamulenge,  Sadness, desolation are legible signs on the faces of our dear mothers who lost theirs following the kipupu massacre. May God help them!

The snub inflicted on MAI-MAI by the Twirwaneho group in the operation to recover cows raided and driven in the village of Kipupu has turned into a real platform of reactions, criticisms, accusations and counter-accusations . BanyamulengeAdmittedly, the news fell like a sledgehammer on the heads of the instigators of the conflict, thus triggering reactions of all kinds that burst forth from everywhere and which followed in profusion. Probably because, for some, especially those who profit from the trafficking of raided cows, it is steak that had just been taken from their mouths. While for others whose hatred against the Banyamulenge has reached its peak, it is a serious setback suffered in the scene of clashes.

In my last article on the question, I tried to point out that behind the MAI-MAI, are hiding other agitators of the conflict whose expected outcome is none other than the uprooting of Banyamulenge in the three territories of their jurisdiction. including Mwenga, Fizi and Uvira. It was barely that my text was shared on social networks that I realized that I was far from being exhaustive, so every day brings its share of discoveries on the string pullers in this conflict which plagues life of an entire community.Banyamulenge

The Kipupu operation continues to expose the actors of the conflict, who have been hidden for a long time. Indeed, after the surprising reaction of honorable provincial deputies of South Kivu, who have long remained in their reserve on the crimes against the Banyamulenge, it is the Citizen Filimbi movement as well as personalities such as Mr. Fayulu and Dr. Mukwege who invite themselves into the dance, thus swelling the rank of actors to whom I alluded in my last article.

It is therefore important to take advantage of these untimely media outlets to show how closely the reactions of each other are closely linked to thwart any initiative aimed at securing the Banyamulenge and restoring their dignity.

Indeed, what do we know, if not what can we learn from these declarations and their authors?

I take the liberty of presenting my observations here, not in any order of priority, but in a logical sequence:
Martin Fayulu did not want to pass this opportunity to support this momentum of solidarity for the MAI-MAI.

The limits of non-assistance for the war-stricken Banyamulenge imposed on them by the MAI-MAI allied to the Burundi rebels of Red Tabara and Rwanda FNL rebels, have not budged with the new capacities to communicate on the issue. On the contrary, they are only getting stronger.Banyamulenge

Indeed, in his statement on the events of Kipupu, Fayulu condemns the “massacres of 220 people”, of which he is however unable to prove the truth of the facts.

One can therefore wonder where Fayulu was during these last three years during which the Banyamulenge have not ceased to denounce the mistreatment of which they are victims, even on the mainstream media like RFI. Regardless, it is difficult to understand the real motivations of the leader of Lamuka. REALLY LAMUKA ALALAKI PONGI. Presumably, in his desperate search for power, Mr. Fayulu, the unsuccessful 2018 presidential candidate, finds in Operation Kipupu new ground for his seduction operations. He eventually seeks to win in populism what he lost at the polls. His reaction suggests that in his inability to recover from his electoral failure, Fayulu can only be content to have the pleasure of torturing his mind with eccentric statements that would have no positive impact, nor on his political positioning. , nor on the outcome of the Minembwe conflict, if only to exacerbate it.

In short, with this media release, Mr. Fayulu stands out as yet another battery of the infernal machine which keeps strafing on the easy target. Understood, the Banyamulenge.

The mere mention of the name of Dr. Mukwege brings to mind the thousands of women raped and rehabilitated by this illustrious gynecologist at Panzi hospital. A fierce fight which earned him the honors of the Nobel Peace Prize.Banyamulenge

On the other hand, and as a reminder, three Banyamulenge women were kidnapped and kidnapped by the MAI-MAI in Minembwe. They were raped and their genitals mutilated. Of this macabre story, one would think of a fairy tale because the degree of violence suffered by these women, two of whom died and one survivor, are beyond measure. However, it is not! On April 20, 2010, the survivor was presented to the local MONUSCO office and the bodies of two victims exhibited on this occasion.

Dr. Mukwege must have heard of the sad news. He did not dare to raise his voice to castigate these exceptional barbarities. It was not until the cows looted by the MAI-MAI and Burundian allies were recovered and returned to the owners for the “women’s rehabilitator” to come out of his silence and condemn a pseudo-massacre, the details of which he ignored completely and of which no proof material has not been provided.Banyamulenge

This behavior displayed by the Nobel Peace Prize winner suggests that the fight against rape remains his workhorse, provided that it is not perpetrated against Banyamulenge women! Indeed, in this period when barbarism makes its law, where crimes and violence abound, where the greatest disorder reigns, where peace is constantly disturbed in this part of eastern DRC, such a high personality, who shines with the greatest brilliance does not deserve to be illustrated by this shocking position. One would expect from him, rather a certain ideal of neutrality, a type of virtue that would attract attention and respect. Otherwise, it’s a shame. And of course, if shame could get wet, the Nobel Peace Prize winner would be drenched from head to toe.

The reckless Filimbi Citizen Movement is no exception.

Floribert Anzuluni, son of Anzuluni Bembe Isilonyonyo and leader of the Citizen Filimbi movement for this specific case has, in turn, stepped up to the plate. The latter, who did not refrain from exposing the symptoms of the hate virus that eats inside him, even went to demand the cancellation of the Municipality of Minembwe.
It is pertinent to recall here that Anzuluni Bembe is the main architect of the denationalisation of Banyamulenge. Its obsession with harming the Banyamulenge community has resulted in the development of the germ of hatred and mistrust between the Banyamulenge and neighboring communities.Banyamulenge

We would not be mistaken to assert that the chronic insecurity observed in this part of the country since the CNS (National Sovereign Conference) and then at the HCR-PT (High Council of the Republic – Transitional Parliament) of the 1990s, draws from its source in the speech of Anzuluni Bembe printed in a certain Kivutian leadership, then president of the parliament of the former Zaire. At that time, the Honorable Anzuluni Bembe Isilonynyo invited the young Babembe to mobilize to drive out the Banyamulenge, drive them to Rwanda as foreigners and take the opportunity to “appropriate / eat” their cows. He pledged the state’s means to equip them with the necessary logistics, including weapons and ammunition. This speech inspired a former governor who advocated hunting “vipers” according to the report by Haritiers de la Justice (a local NGO in Bukavu) of December 1996 and vermin mentioned by Yerodia in 1998. We can therefore see that this Visceral hatred against Banyamulenge, which has become the genetic heritage for the Anzuluni Bembe family, persists and can thus be transmitted from father to son. Like father like son, they say!

Dear compatriots;

Let us remember that it was by guns that more than 400 cows were raided by the MAI-MAI in Kalingi. These cows were again picked up by the Twirwaneho group in the village of Kipupu by guns. But it is clear that, when the guns spoke on the occasion of the looting of this livestock, the actors identified here walled up in their silence and in the protectionism of MAI-MAI ransomware. On the other hand, when the same weapons spoke to recover the raided cows, those concerned started shooting red balls at Twirwaneho, completely and voluntarily forgetting the role of MAI-MAI and RED TABARA.Banyamulenge

Of course, if these actors want to eradicate the phenomenon of violence that plagues the Hauts and Moyen-Plateaux of Mwenga, Fizi and Uvira, they will necessarily have to commit now not to stoke the fire of hatred and not to present the executioner as victim.
